Photographed these moose at the base of Cameron Pass on Hwy 14. We counted at least 9 moose at this location.
These 3 bulls just yards apart were shot in Rocky Mountain National Park.

found this guy having lunch at the top of Guanella Pass. He was just beyond the reach of my 300mm to get a really sharp picture.

There was a band of wild horse just off the highway. It was cold and snowing as you can see. We didn't even have to get out of the vehicle these guys came right up to us and walk right across the road.
These are the wild horses of "Wild Horse Mesa" located in souther Colorado. She was being a good mom and kept the colt between me and her most of the time. I was lucky enough to get a few shots of the colt
this colt was not very old and kept hidden behind mom the whole time.

its been several years since I've seen any rams that I was able to photograph. After shooting wild horses and heading home we came across 7 rams along the side of the road just outside of Empire.
This guy was probably the oldest of the bunch and it didn't seem to bother him that i was shooting pictures of him. I was laying on the grass and I guess he didn't feel threaten , as he kept moving closer to me.
Must have been my lucky day not 1 or 2 rams but there were 7 right along the highway. People speeding by probably didn't even see them.
Mount Evans goat. this guy was napping for quite awhile and all the people taking pictures didn't seem to bother him/her at all.
